Welcome to NeuralSearch. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NeuralSearch website and services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Acceptance of terms
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Description of the service
NeuralSearch provides an AI-powered search and chat interface that helps you find listings — such as homes and vehicles — in plain language and ask questions about them. The Service uses AI and large-language-model systems to process your queries and generate results and answers, and may store your conversations to operate and improve the Service. Some features may ask for your email address.
Accounts and registration
Certain features may require you to sign in. You agree to provide accurate and current information, keep it up to date, keep your account secure, and take responsibility for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the rights of others; transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; use automated means (such as scraping) without our permission; or impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, software, and branding, is owned by NeuralSearch or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Listing data belongs to its respective sources.
User content and data
You retain ownership of the content and queries you submit. You grant us a licence to store and process them to provide the Service, and to use aggregated and anonymised data to improve it and comply with our legal obligations. You warrant that your content does not violate any law or third-party right. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI and large-language-model providers, analytics (Google Analytics and PostHog), and cloud hosting. Your use may be subject to those providers' terms and policies. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but are not responsible for third-party practices; we encourage you to review their policies.
Information accuracy and no professional advice
Results, answers, and other information are provided for general information only. We do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete, or current, and they do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional real-estate or vehicle advice. You should independently verify information and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
Service availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue it (in whole or in part) at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuralSearch and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, unauthorised access, service interruptions, errors in content, or decisions made based on information provided.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuralSearch and its related parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to that processing.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Signed-in users can delete their account from Settings → Account.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland for any disputes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuralSearch regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
